  • 2 baby courgettes
  • 1 baby fennel
  • ½ tsp coriander seeds
  • 80g 3oz peas
  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 4 tsp freshly grated parmesan
  • 4 tbsp baby salad leaves
