  • 1 2/3 cups orange juice
  • 3 garlic cloves

  • ½ tsp. cumin

  • For the Esquite Stuffed Onion:
  • 2 large sweet onions, peeled and halved
  • 4 ears of corn, kernels removed
  • 4 Tb. butter
  • 5 oz. chevre
  • ¾ tsp. paprika
  • ½ of a lime
  • Salt and Pepper
