If you follow these steps, you will become a keto ninja at Starbucks.
So here are the steps to ordering Starbucks the keto way
Step 1: Choose your drink.
- Breve (2g carb)
- Cafe Misto
- Clover Brewed Coffee
- Iced Coffee
- Cold Brewed Iced Coffee
- Espresso Con Panna (2g)

Step 2: Pick Your Sugar-Free (Skinny) Syrup
We had such a big loss in 2016…
Starbucks discontinued 3 out 5 sugar-free syrups due to the lack of popularity.
The only sugar-free soldiers that are still standing:
- Vanilla Sugar-Free Syrup
- Cinnamon Dolce Sugar-Free Syrup
I know it is not a lot of options but you can make it work.
Step 3: Add Some Dairy or Non Dairy
Traditionally, Starbucks has a lot dairy and nondairy options.
- Skim Milk
- Whole Milk
- Coconut Milk
- Soy Milk
- Almond Milk
Skim and whole milk ARE NOT going to work on keto. They have a significant amount of carbs in them.
If you want to make you drink keto friendly, add these:
- Half and Half (1g net carbs)
- Heavy Whipping Cream (1g net carbs)
- Unsweetened Coconut Milk (2g net carbs)
- Unsweetened Almond Milk (2g net carbs)
Step 4: Choose Other Keto Additions
Did you know that you make things a little sweeter with some low carb toppings?
Here is a list toppings that works:
- Mocha Drizzle (1g carb)
- Caramel Drizzle (1g carb)
- Protein Powder (1g carb)
- Fiber Powder (1g carb)
- Whipped Cream (2g carb)
Step 5: Find Your Favorite Drink
If you haven’t downloaded a Starbucks app, you should do it.
They added nutritional facts to your drinks. So it is easier for you customize it and see it right there everything about your macros.
Another benefit is just skipping the line.
